1 General
How does dumpster rental work? +
It's simple — book online or text us, we deliver the dumpster, you fill it at your own pace, and we pick it up and handle disposal.
What services do you offer? +
We offer roll-off dumpster rentals (10, 15, 20, 25, 30, and 40-yard), professional junk removal services, and light demolition services. Our dumpsters are ideal for residential cleanouts, commercial projects, construction debris, roofing tear-offs, and more.
Do I need to be present for delivery or pickup? +
No — as long as we have clear placement instructions. You can mark the spot or send a photo. For pickup, just make sure the dumpster is accessible.
Do you offer same-day delivery? +
Yes! Customers in our primary service area often qualify for same-day or next-day delivery depending on availability and route capacity. We do our best to accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible. During busy times, we recommend booking in advance to secure your spot.
What are your business hours? +
Our office hours are Monday–Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. You can call during these hours, and text us anytime — we'll respond as soon as possible. Online booking is available 24/7. Delivery hours: Mon–Fri 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, Sat 8:00 AM–2:00 PM. Pickup hours: Mon–Fri only (no weekend pickups). We are closed on Sundays, but you can still send us a text or email and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
2 Dumpster Rental
What dumpster sizes do you offer? +
We offer 10, 15, 20, and 25-yard dumpsters for most residential and construction projects, as well as larger 30 and 40-yard options through our trusted partners. Typical dimensions: 10-yard (12'L × 7.5'W × 3.5'H), 15-yard (14'L × 7.5'W × 4'H), 20-yard (14'L × 8'W × 6'H), and 25-yard (16'L × 8'W × 6'H). Not sure which size you need? How long can I keep the dumpster? +
We offer flexible rental options including 24-hour (Mon–Thu), 1–3 day, and 1–7 day rentals for our 10 through 25-yard dumpsters. Larger 30 and 40-yard dumpsters typically come with a standard 7-day rental. If you need more time, additional days are available for $25 per day (up to 14 total days). Just text us to request an extension and we'll confirm availability.
What is included in the rental price? +
Each rental includes delivery, pickup, and a set weight allowance based on the dumpster size. Delivery within 20 miles of Brookfield is included, and any extra weight is billed at $0.10 per pound (prorated).
Is there a delivery fee? +
Delivery within 20 miles of Brookfield CT is included. For locations outside that area, a travel fee may apply depending on distance and project details. Just text us your address and we'll confirm.
Where will the dumpster be placed? +
Dumpsters are typically placed on your driveway or another flat, accessible area on your property. You can mark the spot or send us a photo, and we'll place it as requested. We just need enough space for safe delivery and pickup. If placement on a public street is needed, a permit may be required depending on your town — feel free to text us and we'll guide you.
Do you provide driveway protection boards? +
Yes — we offer optional site protection. Boards can be placed under the dumpster wheels to help protect your driveway. Just let us know when you book and we'll take care of it.
Do I have to pay sales tax? +
Sales tax generally does not apply to residential homeowners using the dumpster for personal cleanouts. It may apply to contractors, businesses, and commercial projects based on Connecticut regulations.
What items carry extra disposal fees? +
Certain items may require special handling and additional fees, such as appliances, mattresses, box springs, and tires (typically $15 per item).
Do your dumpsters have easy loading features? +
Yes — all dumpsters include a rear swing door for easy walk-in loading.
Can I fill the dumpster over the top? +
Materials must stay level with the top edge (rim) of the dumpster to meet safety and DOT regulations. If it's overfilled, pickup may be delayed until it's adjusted. For safety reasons, drivers cannot remove debris from the dumpster. If the container isn't ready for pickup, wait time or a return trip fee may apply.
3 What You Can & Can't Dump
What can I throw away in the dumpster? +
Most household junk, furniture, and general construction debris like wood, drywall, and cardboard are accepted. If you're unsure, just text us and we'll help.
What items are not allowed? +
Hazardous materials such as paint, oils, fuels, propane tanks, batteries, and similar items are not permitted. If restricted items are included, pickup may be delayed until they're removed, and any disposal fees or penalties from the landfill may be passed along on your invoice.
What about concrete and heavy materials? +
These materials are not allowed in standard dumpsters. Clean concrete (no rebar or mixed materials) may be accepted with prior approval — just reach out and we'll guide you.
Can I put yard waste in the dumpster? +
Yes — yard waste and light debris like branches are fine. Avoid dirt, rocks, or large logs, as they can be very heavy. Text us if you're unsure.
4 Light Demolition
What light demolition services do you offer? +
We provide light demolition services for residential and small commercial projects, including sheds, garages, decks, interior tear-outs, cabinet removal, flooring, and drywall removal. We handle tear-down, cleanup, and debris removal from start to finish. Excavator available for larger or more demanding projects. Just text us to discuss your project and get an estimate.
5 Pricing & Payment
Are there any hidden fees? +
No — we believe in clear, upfront pricing. The price you're quoted is what you can expect. Additional charges may apply in certain situations, such as extra weight ($0.10 per pound, prorated), additional rental days, extended service areas, special items, overfilling above the top edge, or if the dumpster isn't accessible for pickup. If anything comes up, we'll always communicate it clearly.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure booking system. Payment is made upfront at the time of booking. If there are any additional charges — such as extra weight or added days — those are simply updated afterward.
What is your cancellation policy? +
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before delivery receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee. If the driver is already on the way or at the location, a delivery fee may apply.
6 Roofing Contractors
What do I need to know for roofing projects? +
Roofing shingles are heavy and can add up quickly — typically around 275 lbs per square (100 sq ft) per layer. Because of DOT weight regulations, roofing jobs are planned based on both volume and total weight, and may require the right dumpster size and setup.
How is roofing debris calculated? +
We estimate roofing jobs based on the number of squares and layers. This helps determine the expected weight and the best dumpster size. If needed, we may recommend multiple swap-outs to keep the project within safe transport limits.
Do you offer multiple swap-outs for roofing projects? +
Yes — for larger or heavier jobs, we can schedule swap-outs to keep your project running smoothly and within DOT regulations. Just share your project details and we'll help you plan the best option.
