1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a service with Greenway Dumpster Solutions LLC ("we," "us," or "our") or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Greenway Dumpster Solutions provides dumpster rental and junk removal services in Brookfield, Danbury, and surrounding Connecticut communities. All services are subject to availability and the terms outlined herein.

3. Booking and Scheduling

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
• Delivery and pickup times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, or operational conditions.
• We offer same-day and next-day delivery when available, but cannot guarantee specific time windows unless expressly agreed upon.
• You are responsible for ensuring adequate access to the delivery location, including sufficient clearance for our trucks.

4. Pricing and Payment

• Pricing is based on dumpster size, rental duration, and material type as outlined at the time of booking.
• Each rental includes a specified weight allowance (tonnage). Material exceeding the included tonnage will be subject to additional fees.
• Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as specified.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at the time of your booking will be honored.

5. Rental Period

• Rental periods begin on the date of delivery and end on the date of pickup.
• Extensions beyond the agreed rental period may incur additional daily charges.
• Please contact us promptly if you need to extend your rental period.

6. Prohibited Materials

The following materials are not permitted in our dumpsters or junk removal services:

• Hazardous waste (chemicals, solvents, pesticides, oil, fuel)
• Asbestos-containing materials
• Paint and paint thinners (liquid)
• Batteries (automotive and industrial)
• Tires (unless pre-approved)
• Medical waste
• Refrigerants and appliances containing Freon (unless pre-approved)
• Any material prohibited by local, state, or federal law

If prohibited materials are found in a dumpster, additional fees may be assessed for proper disposal, and you may be held liable for any fines or penalties.

7. Weight Limits and Overage

• Each dumpster size includes a specific weight allowance as stated at the time of booking.
• Material weight exceeding the included allowance will be billed at a per-ton overage rate.
• Do not fill the dumpster above the top rim. Overloaded dumpsters may require an additional trip or may not be picked up until the load is reduced.

8. Property and Placement

• You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits for dumpster placement on public property (e.g., streets or sidewalks).
• Driveway boards are available upon request to help protect your property during placement.
• Greenway Dumpster Solutions is not responsible for damage to driveways, surfaces, or underground utilities caused by the weight of the dumpster or its contents.
• Ensure the placement area is free of overhead obstructions (wires, branches) and accessible for our delivery truck.

9. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• No-shows or refusal of delivery at the time of arrival will be charged the full delivery fee.

10. Liability and Indemnification

• Greenway Dumpster Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Greenway Dumpster Solutions from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the dumpster, violation of these terms, or disposal of prohibited materials.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, labor disputes, equipment failure, or government actions.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Fairfield County, Connecticut.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
